【重要なお知らせ】年末年始休業について

師走の候、皆さまにおかれましては益々ご清祥のこととお喜び申し上げます。
平素より格別のご愛顧を賜り、厚く御礼申し上げます。

誠に勝手ながら、当社は下記の期間を年末年始休業とさせていただきます。

■【休業期間】2025年12月27日（土）～ 2026年1月4日（日）

休業期間中は、以下の業務をすべて休止いたします：

・① 検査キットの発送
・② 検体の受領・受入れ
・③ 検査・鑑定業務
・④ 事務業務

お客様にはご不便をおかけいたしますが、何卒ご理解賜りますようお願い申し上げます。

※採取済み検体をご返送いただく際は、「2026年1月6日（火）以降」に当社へ到着するようご手配をお願いいたします。

休業期間中に配送業者で保管された検体は、気温や乾燥による劣化の可能性がございます。

そのため、検体の品質および検査結果への影響について、当社では責任を負いかねますので、予めご了承ください。

年末年始は配送量増加による遅延も予想されます。
検体は直射日光を避け、涼しい場所で保管のうえご返送ください。

※休業期間中にいただいたメール等へのご返答は、2026年1月6日（火）より順次対応いたします。

【Important Notice】 Year-End and New Year Holiday Closure

Dear Customers,

We sincerely appreciate your continued support.
Please note that our office will be closed during the year-end and New Year holidays as follows:

■ Holiday Period: December 27, 2025 (Sat) – January 4, 2026 (Sun)

During this period, all operations will be suspended:

・① Shipment of test kits
・② Receipt of specimens
・③ Laboratory testing and analysis
・④ Administrative services

We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Please ensure that any collected specimens arrive at our office on or after January 6, 2026 (Tue).

Specimens stored by delivery companies during the holiday period may deteriorate due to temperature or dryness.

Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for any impact on specimen quality or test results.

Please store specimens in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight until shipment.

We will respond to inquiries and emails received during the holiday period in order from January 6, 2026 (Tue).
